Team Colavita/Fine Cooking/Stradalli's Erica Allar Takes First Win at ToAD!  Photo Credits Tour of America's Dairyland Day 1 of 11: Shorewood Criterium Cycling Classic Team Colavita/Fine Cooking/Stradalli has started off their 11 day racing block at the Tour of America's Dairyland (ToAD) with Erica Allar taking the top spot on the podium at the Shorewood Criterium Cycling Classic. In the final lap of the race lead out specialists Jen Purcell and Jessi Prinner took it to the front of the field to drop off Allar for the sprint finish.   ToAD now heads southwest Friday for the Easy Troy Cycling Classic on a fast, technical, six turn, 0.62 mile course that showcases downtown East Troy. Race time starts at 4:20pm. Following Friday's race Saturday and Sunday will be key races for Team Colavita/Fine Cooking/Stradalli as both Saturday and Sunday fall on the NCC calendar.  Allar will look to defend her 1st place spot in the Individual NCC Standings.  To learn more about this event please visit: http://www.tourofamericasdairyland.com     Ready to ride like the pros? Team Colavita - Stradalli in Tucson AZ

Team Colavita Fine Cooking - Stradalli had a training camp and a sponsor meeting in Tucson AZ. Team members and sponsors including Tom Steinbacher participated in local rides and climbed Mt. Lemmon.

Stradalli Racers are Trainig in Tucson AZ

Tom Steinbacher and Grant Potter of Stradalli are joined by Erica Allar and Jame Carney of Colavita/Fine Cooking on the rides in Tucson AZ. Climbing Mt Lemon is a challenge but one of the most exciting rides at the same time. Weather is great and the scenery is breathtaking.
